However, isolated incidents can occur. Should you be unhappy with your online shopping experience with us, we would request that you make contact with us promptly, so that we can assist you in rectifying any issues.
Should you wish to raise a complaint we will follow the process as below;
Once your complaint is received by us, we will review and consider this
We will to seek the primary cause of the problem and gather any relevant information as necessary to the complaint
We will respond to the situation within 2 working days, in writing by email
Kind note: Most of the products we sell are perishable therefore we will not be able to accept returns of these goods, delivered to you.
We would request that you check your order is completed in accordance to your requirements; however should there be any issues which are of a no fault nature of our consumers, we will consider to the absolute discretion of management; to provide you with a voucher/credit to compensate for any inconvenience caused in this case.
