  • Where your meat comes from is just as important as its nutritional value. Able to roam freely, our meat source of sheep, lamb & cattle are fed grass, continually throughout the year, each year. Enabling the animals to graze freely in the open fields means the animals have lived a better and more natural life.

  • We live by the maxim of ‘Why feed something to others you won’t eat yourself’. Our meat and poultry products are 100% organic meat. Our meat and poultry products are not treated with injectable enhancements, at any point of the food chain.

    So, free range is not only better for the animals, but it also produces better quality meat for you thanks to their all-natural diet.

  • Of course, you can freeze the produce. We would however, advise you to ensure that it is properly handled and stored in the freezer at 0° F (-18° C) as this way it will remain safe.

    We do advise that your meat/poultry is not frozen for more than 3 months. Since all our products have a ‘use by date’ marked on individual items, this will help you to ensure that you can monitor and rotate your items in your fridge with ease.

  • All orders are customized, which means our meat and poultry products are only cut at the time the order is placed by you, therefore we are unable to accept return on these.

    If however, before placing your order you have any particular questions, you can contact us here and we would be happy to help with your queries beforehand.

  • We take pride in ensuring your items reach you in optimum condition. Your items are carefully packed and will arrive to you in a custom-made double wall cardboard box, which will also contain an insulated liner and frozen gel coolants; this is to ensure your items remain cool whilst being delivered to you.

    Nevertheless, in the unlikely event items are damaged during transit, we would ask you to do the following;

    1. Take photographs of the packaging and items (these should be distinct and visible)

    2. Provide your order number and contact details

    3. Mark ‘damaged product’ in the subject heading and;

    4. Email these to - info@ummah-halal.co.uk

    We will be in contact with you as soon as possible to begin investigating the issue, within 24 hours of receiving your email.

  • Although a rare occurrence, if at the time you place your order from the time the items are put together for delivery to you, you may not receive some items (of your total order) as these may have sold out at the time of preparing your items.

    Should this happen, we would promptly provide a refund of the items not sent (that were part of your complete order) if these are sold out.

    Refunds take approximately 3 to 5 working days to appear in your account. However if you have not received your refund, contact us at help@ummah-halal.co.uk and we will check this for you.

  • We are certain that you will enjoy each and every product of ours.

    However, if you are unhappy with our products we would ask that you tell us as soon as possible, by taking the following actions;

    1. Take photographs of the packaging and items (these should be distinct and visible)

    2. Provide your order number and contact details

    3. Mark ‘Unsatisfactory’ in the subject heading and provide the details to your issue;

    4. Email these to - help@ummah-halal.co.uk

    We will be in contact with you as soon as possible to begin investigating the issue, within 24 hours of receiving your email.

    We will then consider whether a refund is due or we would provide you with a voucher to spend in-store again.

  • Yes we can deliver all over mainland United Kingdom except offshore islands.

  • Nope! You can order the amount you require.

    There is a small charge of £5.99 for orders below £50.

  • When you place your order with us online, you will receive a live tracking code from our courier services. The courier will provide you with estimated time for delivery. Our customer service team also tracks every parcel sent out.

  • It’s hard to find a place with such a wide range of choice at your local butchers. We don’t just sell meat and poultry products and ship these out to you; we can also deliver your groceries and cultural foods to your doorstep!

  • Cleanliness and food hygiene is something we are very passionate about. We equip ourselves with the essential equipment in order to work and provide safe meats and poultry to our customers. And we do not cut corners in this regard.

    Abiding by the hygiene and safety of food handling and storing, work area cleanliness and compliance of HACCP we make sure to maintain the highest level of standards expected as a fresh meat service provider.
